The Cottage Resort and Market Policies
Check-in time is 3 P.M. and check-out time is 10:00 A.M. Please contact the front desk at 417-338-2621 if you will be arriving after 6:00 P.M.
If you should find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit (minus 10% or $25 which ever is greater, cancellation fee) if notification is recieved by our office 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. (90 day advance notice required for large groups and family reunion cancellation). If you need to cancel your reservation less than 30 days but more than one week prior to your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. If you need to canel your reservation within the week of arrival or do not need to cancel your reservation, payment in full is expected and will be charged to the card used to make the deposit.
All units are non-smoking, an ashtray is provided for smoking outdoors. A $200.00 cleaning cost will be charged for violation of smoking policy. We are pet friendly in authorized units. A $20.00 per night pet fee is to be paid on arrival. A $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged for having pets in an unauthorized unit. You will also be charged for any damages your pet may cause during your visit. Please feel free to contact the office with questions and/or concerns.
